We require a RM200 deposit to confirm your package, date, and time. This ensures we can reserve your slot accordingly.
Yes, you can reschedule your session. Rescheduling is free if you notify us at least 7 days in advance. A RM50 fee will apply if you request a reschedule within 7 days of your session.
Yes, we charge an additional fee for travel outside Penang island.
